Manuscripts presented in English will be evaluated for language usage.
Before being sent to external reviewers, articles written in
English by non native speakers are evaluated for language usage,
and classified as follows:
Generally good use of English (does not require revision).
Minor grammatical, spelling and/or punctuation errors. (Easily
C: In addition to minor errors, awkward or incorrect sentence
structures. Incorrect choice of words. Some sentences may require
consulting with the authors to discover the intended meaning.
(Revision would be time-consuming.)
The Editor reserves the right to directly reject any article
that is classified as level C.
